An AccessNow! request has been submitted on your behalf to provide you 'User/Viewer' access to the BCO (BMC Capacity Optimization) tool.  Once all the appropriate approvals have been obtained, you will be informed by an AccessNow! notification that your order has been "completed."

User permissions allow you to view the Views tab, an interactive, dynamic reporting option, view the canned reports on the Reports tab, and view the device, business metrics, reports and charts on the Workspace tab, including the ability to create, change, update and run reports. 
 
Please be aware that this elevated permission level provides you the ability to change charts others  have created, which may 'break' the original purpose of the chart.  It also allows you access to create your own charts and reports, that others can see and edit.   With this in mind,  please be considerate to the original purpose of the charts, or create a copy, AND be aware that the way you left a chart may have been modified by someone else, so you should check the critical settings on any chart you use.

There are ways to mark charts as stable (an invitation to others NOT to modify the chart), which are covered in the presentations included below. Please call the Capacity Planning Team for any help before doing chart changes you are not comfortable with. While you can change charts know that you can not change the underlying data so your ability to actually break things is non-existent. So be careful, but don't be afraid.
